Now let's enter the constraints for the two Miller Fields.
Expand the Miller Field #3 project tree icon to reveal the constraint icon (red flag) which you may double click to reveal the 'Create/Edit Constraint' dialog. Using the combo box choices that begin with ... 'Valid from: 1/1 to 12/31, lets describe that Miller Field #3 cannot play before May 1st. (years are inconsequential) in the second combo box either by typing into the editable field or by selecting from the calendar view to describe the date for April 30th (see above).
With the days of the week checkboxes on the left, select all the days of the week (Sunday down to Saturday). We want to describe that these fields are completely blocked out so we select the checkbox that reads 'Is 'not' available on the selected day(s) of the week' and click the 'Append Unavailability Information to Lists' to add the constraint the Miller Field #3 object constraint list. Click 'Ok' to close the dialog.
We can copy the exact information for Miller Field #19 by invoking it's 'Create/Edit Constraint' dialog, and selecting the Miller Field #3 object from the 'Get unavailability from object…' combo box choice and clicking the 'Copy' pushbutton (see image below). Save the data and close the panel using the 'Ok' pushbutton.
