Double click the 'Dates' icon for the second schedule in the project viewer tree. Because we are showing how objects are managed when shared across schedules, let's copy the dates over from the first schedule. We do that by selecting the name of the schedule from the pull down combo box choice that reads...'Get dates from xxx' substituting xxx with the name of first schedule. Click the 'Copy' button (see above). Build the schedule by clicking the 'Finished' push button. Now hide the resulting schedule view window as well.
