Setup the Splendid City options/preferences --> Scheduling panels to look like these screen shots.

Create a new project by selecting the Project Viewer toolbar button or from the application's menus --> File --> 'Add New Project'. Within the new project panel create 3 divisions by selecting the 'Append a new schedule template' pushbutton twice; Set up Division_1 with 5 teams; Division_2 with 5 teams; Division 3 with 0 teams; then click the 'Save and Close' button (don't worry about locations or officials for this schedule). You should now see the three schedule icons appear in your project viewer project tree.
Now expand the Division_1 schedule icon so you see the dates attribute in the tree. Double click the 'Dates' tree icon and in the dates object wizard, create 40 games, with 2 games on each of the 20 days. (make sure to account for an empty day on the 11th date for interdivisional play i.e. leave a date slot gap between the 10th and 11th date [see chart in previous page]) Build the schedule by selecting the 'Finish' pushbutton. Close Object Wizard and Schedule View windows.
Now expand the Division_2 schedule icon so you see the Dates attribute in the tree. Double click the 'Dates' tree icon for Division_2 and in the dates object wizard, create 40 games, with 2 games on same 20 days as division 1 (you can copy them over); Now you'll need to tell the wizard to incorporate a plugin for this schedule. Click 'Next' or select the 'Plugins' tab and from the pull down combo choice, select expertTutorialDiv2.tsScript. Read the description to make sure you are employing the correct plugin. Build the schedule by selecting the 'Finish' pushbutton. Close Object and Schedule View windows. You can examine the parameters of the plugin in this .xml file
