Let's enter timing properties into the Object Wizard Time Panel associated with our league schedule. Click the pushbutton 'Next' at the bottom or select the 'Times' tab from the top choices to view the Splendid City Object Wizard Times Panel. Let's set the game length to be 1 hour and 15 mins from beginning to end. This would be the total time from the start of one game to the start of the next in a day including rest in between. From the 'Timing Logistics' radio button group below make sure the 'Auto compress times starting with default' is selected.
The default time is indicated in your Splendid City Options ---> 'Scheduling' --> 'Set the default schedule starting time' parameter.
