FTP.

append user web template data when using FTP.
Splendid City version 6.6.5.2 corrects a bug in the
software that would not append user web template data to published object pages
when using the FTP protocol. The software would basically ignore the template
file information for all but the homepage
file.
This problem as been fixed with
this Splendid City 6.6.5.2 release.
