SC v4.5 fixes a location priority algorithm bug
where priorities were observed only in the case of a conflicts or constraints.
Now SC v4.5 allows for all location priorities to be observed in cases where
users have specified the 'use revolving locations...' & '... use priorities
to resolve constraints' options in the Splendid City scheduling
options/preferences.
To specify a
location priority choice, select the priority level
(Highest;High;Normal;Low;Lowest) in the location's edit/create dialog.
In the event that all teams are of an
equal priority level, locations are ordered by the number of games played,
ensuring all get an equal allotment of games in each schedule, in a round robin
designation style.
