Version 6.3 allows officials to be rescheduled
SC version 6.3 adds the ability to re-schedule
official crews
Splendid City version 6.3 adds the ability to
schedule (or re-schedule) official crews to an already established schedule,
leaving existing event teams, locations. dates and times
intact.
To add officials to schedules,
users would create new official crews, append the officials to the crew lists
and using the reschedule user interface select to reschedule them.
The software will then populate the
game events using the official assignment algorithm specified in the preferences
--> scheduling options. Those options include a revolving designation option
as well as the option to bind official crews to home locations.
