New support for prioritized field constraint resolution
As the response to many requests, Splendid City now
supports prioritized field constraint resolution
Based on user defined location constraints, users
may specify an option in the preferences to find a replacement location, in the
event that a location's constraints could not be satisfied. The substitution
choice can be modified by defining a priority attribute in the location
creation/edit panels. This is done in such a way as to always allow for an even
distribution of fields through out the schedule.
