SC v4.5 Add new Rescheduling utility
Splendid City v4.5 now includes a new reschedule
utility that is provided as a convenience for schedulers to re-assign games that
need to be rescheduled for later dates.
Splendid City v4.5 now includes a new rescheduling
utility that is provided as a convenience for schedulers to 're-assign games'
that need to be quickly rescheduled for later dates. Selected games, canceled
games, or games bounded by dates can be re-assigned all at once while tracking
conflicts and constraints, saving time and improving the scheduler's
flexibility.
Note:
For games that have already been played, or are set and should not be disrupted,
it is best to move the games at issue to a new temporary schedule and reschedule
the games within this schedule. Afterwards, once satisfied with the result, the
games can then be moved back to the original. ( See the Splendid City copy/move
utility ) This will leave set or locked games untouched, while allowing the
opportunity to quickly reschedule the desired
games.
By leaving the games in question
in the original schedule, the Splendid City re-schedule utility will examine all
the games listed, with regards to resolving conflicts and
constraints.
