Release of Splendid City version 5.3 fixes a bug
where the appropriate file associations were not taking place on the Windows
OSes. Users who have downloaded and installed SC and don't have the file
extension .scproj associated with SC and wish to re-associate .scproj files with
the Splendid City.exe on the Windows platform (Mac versions ok), should first
close Splendid City, drag the SplendidCity_Prefs file out of the install folder,
then re-launch SC. After the software has completely loaded, close Splendid City
and drag the 'SplendidCity_Prefs' file back into the install folder to restore
the previous preferences settings.
